Victoria Park

A lovely mix of restored homes and large estates, the tree- and canal-lined Victoria Park is known as one of Fort Lauderdale’s most special and eclectic communities. Bordered by South Federal Highway, the Intracoastal Waterway and East Sunrise and East Broward Boulevards, Victoria Park is a very proud and active neighborhood with a rich history, dedicated owners and an eclectic feel. Victoria Park is located just minutes from the beach, the Intracoastal Waterway and all the shopping and dining you can handle.

The area was first developed in the 1930s and was characterized by “Cracker-style” homes that were popular at the time. Since then, the mix has evolved into one consisting of single-family homes, townhomes and condos. By way of a secluded pedestrian path, residents and their guests can head to the beach, grab a bite or visit a downtown art gallery. Many residents and guests will say that the charming, highly-walkable community feel is less South Florida and more Deep South or even New England.
