Condos are also on fire in this neighborhood. The condo market in Harbor Beach has seen a 367% increase in the past 6 months.
The beauty of living here is that you can travel by waterway to breakfast, lunch or dinner. The community is just south of Las Olas Boulevard, so you are not far from the Fort Lauderdale dining and entertainment scene. But you also can get away and relax on the private beach exclusively for Harbor Beach homeowners. And the beaches in this part of the city are amazing! Because it is right near the inlet – the white sand goes on forever. I made many memories hosting BBQ’s on the beach with friends and family.
Harbor Beach is known as the Beverly Hills of Fort Lauderdale because it is luxury living. But it also has a very relaxed vibe.
