Sunrise Intracoastal is actually a large peninsula bordered by the Middle River on the south and west, the Intracoastal Waterway on the east and Sunrise Boulevard on the north. This community is filled with beautiful houses along the waterways, most with lovely views and convenient dockage.

Residents and their guests enjoy a mix of luxury homes, more traditional homes and mid-century modern homes, all of which offer great privacy in a tranquil environment. About one-third of the homes  are located directly on the water – either on the Intracoastal or the Middle River – and many offer gorgeous unobstructed views.
